This storage is hard to get into and out of. They have increased my rent several times. I asked just recently for them to keep my payment the same but I seem not to be getting anywhere with Public Storage. Husband just recently got laid off. Public Storage is all about the money. Business owners in the past years have been good about keeping customers. In the world we live in now it’s about the money. Highly would not recommend it. . Wish my review could be more positive

She was the one who answered my phone call yesterday and she was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable on the different units and ways to reserve units. She explained every detail clearly, helped me choose the right unit for my needs, and made the entire process quick and stress‑free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way Alice does especially at a storage where people are in and out so quick. I’m relieved to be able to renovate my house and know my valuables are kept safe with employees who know what is going on.
