I paid for my unit on a Sunday and was able to move stuff in immediately. When I purchased a rental unit from another company previously, I couldn't access until the work week began.

rented a climate controlled unit and paid online for it ... had problems reaching cust service ...but finally i got thru and wanted to verify 078 was climaTe controlled... chris the rep i taLked to said #078 was for sure climTe controlled ...THE UNIT WAS NOT CLIMte controlled !! nobody is on site ever to help ...(cs closes at 4pm cst) had no choice but to move a uhaul full of stuff into a non climate controlled unit!!! i had to return my uhaul by 8pm that evening . They said they will give me a new unit ...How do i move all of my things without a uhaul truck now?? i specifically asked ...subpar customer service... chris the agent i talked to aLso told me he "couldnt just stay on the line with me while i was aSking for help signing my documents cus i saw non climate controlled on part of my paperwork...but he already said 078 was climate controlled.!?? ..!!! what is cust service for then? im very disappointed!!! but facility is nice! good specials *climate or *non climate controlled 10x10 was $41/ month with 2 months free and a free lock!!!...just pay insurane to move in...!!!!
Our first trip we had a 16ft trailer and because the gate is so close to the road , we could not pull in because the gate was closed and we would have blocked both lanes of traffic. My wife had to get out of our truck and cross the street while i waited in a lane of traffic , to enter our code. Then I could pull in. Very dangerous! Also we rented ONE space 40ft x 15ft. When we got there we found out it was actually 4 individual spaces side by side and not one large space. Very deceptive sales tactics. We had a loaded trailer and had driven 100 miles to get there so we had no choice. Not happy at all and may look for another place before we bring any more of our belongings there .
