Definitely a five star experience so far.if that changes.i will most assuredly let others know about it then

I arrived at facility and not knowing it was a unit that was outside the fenced in area had no choice but to go through with the move as soon as I opened the unit it was packed with stuff that I guess the previous renter didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t wanna take and the floors and walls were covered in dirt I proceeded to call the number from website and never got a return call so I moved everything out and blew out the unit the grass around the unit is about a foot tall where it hasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t had anyone maintain the unit

There's one camera on property which doesn't work, there is a couple living in the unit behind mine,last winter had heater in unit on. I moved to this facility because a homeless burnt down my unit at ave s. And 22ed storages,year before. I rented my unit because of price and out of no where they raised the price from $85monthly to $122 for no reason or explanation. I have been locked in gate several times and can't reach no one on there office phone, during business hours weekdays and 90 something degrees outside,not temp.controlled so I was standing inside the locked gate on phone vigorously calling all numbers online or on my paperwork trying to reach somebody to come let me out had to call my old man from work to come push the code in on the outside of the gate, could be a lawsuit waiting to happen, because this has happened several times. On top of that whatever problems they're having with their gate all the time I couldn't get in my unit for a whole week straight codes we're not working at all gentleman that my old man did reach said that they were working on the gate yet the gate still does not work to this day properly. He missed a big paying job that week due to couldn't get to our work tools we needed out of there. Was not offered anything off my unit on monthly rent or a free month rent for all the hassle and trouble and the work missed. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. The grass was overgrown for 2 months and I emailed the facility to see if they needed help cutting it someone to assist and never got any kind of response they just totally ignored me about the overgrown grass almost as tall as me in front of my unit and they totally ignored my inquiry about the gate access being broken and locking Us in.
