Simple move in process
Reservation on line was easy and received a call from Nicole the following day. She made it as stress free as possible. When I arrived to check in, I found Nicole to be just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. She showed me where the unit I had rented was. It is comforting there are security cameras covering the whole property and staff lives on the property. It shows security is a priority.
Easy process to move in
I recently moved from out of state. Prior to moving I searched on line and found West 80 Storage which had the prices listed on line. I reserved a unit and was contacted the next day by Nicole. When I arrived, I went to the office and was greeted by Nicole. She was very courteous and explained everything to me. I would recommend this business because from the easy of the on line reservation to moving in was made simple and convenient. The only thing negative I could say was I had to sweep the unit out prior to moving in. Not a big deal though.

My wife and I have had a storage space for almost 2 years here. The facility is very secure, very clean and well maintained, and easily accessible from Hwy 80. The monthly costs are reasonable and are generally less than nearby competitors. The manager, Nicole, has been very kind and helpful to us. I haven't had any issues with this facility, therefore highly recommend this storage facility.

Billy GladysNichole was very friendly and a pleasure to work with during my storage rental setup. She even called once I reserved the unit to see if i had any questions, great customer service. The facility appears to be very secure with all the surveillance cameras and fencing. Only downside is navigating with a trailer within the facility, no way pull in/pull out to some of the units.

If she is not pressed with several customers at one time, she is very personable. Love doing business here. She also rides the property to ensure everything is good and clean. Most other places are cold, very non-caring and don't care for the grounds. I recommend 80 Hwy West storage to everyone.
