The customer service was fantastic! They are really big on giving you the best!
First time having to get a storage unit. It was quite an experience. Took a little longer, but I figured as much. Helpful and answered questions.
Enjoyed the move in process. Had an issue with the computer not allowing the discount the add, and local paperwork indicated, but Diane was great at working with her managers to get it fixed. Really looked out for the client.
This is the second time in three years that we have used this location. Definitely recommend!
