Because of work schedule and traffic we were late and the lady manager, Shalynna, was just locking up on a Saturday evening. I asked if we were screwed, because we couldn’t return until Wednesday. She hesitated, smiled, and said she would help…love at first sight…we got the unit, keys, entrance codes and paperwork done quickly in a whirl of friendly chatter, but utmost efficiency. The place is not the greatest because of rough terrain, but it’s also priced accordingly and again, for the level of service, it’s so worth the lumps and bumps.??
