Superb process start to finish
This is my fourth time using SpareFoot and, as with other occasions, the result was outstanding. Their process is simple and yields great results. The facility we chose to store our belongings for an intercity relocation was superb - professionally managed, well maintained, spotlessly clean and very secure. SpareFoot is my go to when looking for storage options.

Hours a bit inconvenient
They close public access at 9 pm, a few years ago is was 24 hours so it is a bit more inconvenient.
Great at start but provide misinformation on move out.
My close date got moved to the last day of the month so we could not evacuate until the 5th. I talked to them over a week in advance and was told if I called after I moved out they would likely pro rate it since I only had it one day that month. We rushed to empty it due to this just to be told by customer service that they do not pro rate on the way out. You all need to get it straight and not tell people something that isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t accurate. I would not have been in such a rush if I had known. Lady I talked to when I called customer service was rude and hung up on me as well.

I Saw a recent bad comment about this location and had to come back up Taylor AND Ashley. Yes the company public storage is a pain with the problems they have they 100% rasie the rent but all you have to do is call one of the great managers at this store and they will help with ANY issue. Taylor Alone has helped me with rate issues, property issues, etc and she assures every time we have a problem to just call. I have always seen them both on property cleaning and helping customers and have never had an issue reaching anyone but i guess we all see our own problems with anything. So YES warning you the company public storage not so good could be better but this location will make sure you are taken care of from start to finish no matter the issue. I want to thank Taylor for the great customer service she gave the other day when I came to add a unit!
James CopasStorage facility is very clean. Previous issues with wireless entry have been resolved. Taylor is a very good manager. When I have had questions in the past, she has been quick to resolve them. Facility gets 5 stars. Taylor gets 5 STARS.
