Great service. Needed my lock cut to access my storage and they were quick to assist me. I have used public storage on multiple different occasions and every time it has been a great experience. Would definitely recommend. The hours are not 24 for this location it is 9am -6pm.

Gina was the best. When I walked in she was helping an elderly woman on the phone who was having trouble with the online reservatation and process and you could tell lonely and needing help. She was very kind and patient with this customer. She was trying to help both of us at the same time. Even though it slowed my request it was nice to see how patient and respectful she was with the other customer so I didn’t mind waiting.

What can I say Gina was simply awesome! She walked from her second location and didn’t hesitate to help us. Very attentive to our needs and getting us all settled in. Excellent customer service. She made everything very easy!!

Don't choose this location if you have a regular day job. The hours 9-6 are not just the office hours but the hours for which you can access your unit. Worse, on the weekend when people with jobs have more time.... it closes even earlier! I honestly can't understand how anyone with a job can use this facility because it's only accessible while you're at work. And, keep in mind, the interior climate control area is hot. Not quite as hot as outside, but hot nonetheless.

Kyle was so sweet. The machine took an extra $20 and he called me to talk about my experience and I told him about my missing money. He walked over and gave it to me. Honest man. I'm so grateful for him. He didn't have to tell me about the money but he did. Great experience today! God bless kyle!
