Anthony ScottI don’t really know where to start. I’m so mad. This storage company claims to be the best and most reliable in keeping your belongings safe with their climate controlled units. Well, not only are they awful, but they didn’t keep my belongings safe. Christmas of 2023 I was gifted a signed photo and vinyl of Reba McEntire. Well, to keep it protected I put it in a shadow box. Because I didn’t have room for it I put it in my storage unit. Well, two weeks ago I was moving things around and picked up my shadow box, only to find it covered with mold! I only noticed it because it had a rubbed off on my clothes. When I opened the box and saw the inside..I was livid. And it wasn’t just this one box. Another box full of Christmas decoration was molded too. When we called them the next day to discuss what happened, we were told the manager would contact us later that day. That was two weeks ago, and we still haven’t heard back. What a great management team. Also, I had a discussion with another gentleman just yesterday (02/08/25) who said he had things in his unit grow mold as well. And Mr. Nick, if you could please leave your contact information that would be great.
Eric McGeeThe manager, Nidia, is very nice and helpful. The property is clean and well lit at night and seems well maintained. The only thing I don't like is extra space can change the price about every 4 months and you cannot prepay more than 6 months at a time.
