Chandler MajorTERRIBLE TERRIBLE place. Codes to get in are so long and you need it to get in the gate, in the door, and then in elevators. Which when going up and down 20 times is VERY annoying. They have an app that’s SUPPOSED to unlock everything from your phone and it works 5% of the time. They have no dolly or carts to help you move stuff up and down. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Hours posted are incorrect when office is open and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone. They put insurance on your unit when you first move in for $15 a month that’s NOT REQUIRED and it’s your job to get the app and cancel but they don’t tell you that.

Elaine LageWe were a month and a half behind we got locked out that's expected we paid it and went to get in and we still didn't have access even though they gave us the code for the lock they put on our door they would not allow us access to the inside to take it off now they are charging us $23 every two or three days even though we can't get in to take the lock off for the lock they put on the door cannot get anyone to answer the phone cannot get it fixed through the app this is ridiculous we are now at over $100 in lock fees because we are locked out and cannot gain access to take the lock off this is ridiculous no one is ever there no matter what time you go no one answers the phone anytime you call do not use the one on Esther's boulevard
