This storage facility is awesome. Cindy was outstanding and made sure I had everything I needed from start to finish. Honestly, without her the place would still be fine—but she’s what makes it stand out. The process was smooth, the facility is well run, and they have plenty of carts available so you’re not waiting around or fighting for one. I definitely recommend this place.

Avoid at all costs! This facility has a German cockroach infestation. I reserved a unit online and went in to store some items and lock my unit. Upon rolling up the door, a bunch of cockroaches scattered along the floor and some crawled on the walls. I took pictures and videos and immediately shut the door and ran outside with my belongings. I left the provided lock in the unit untouched and set the red security seal back on the latch. As I made my way out of the building, I noticed a ton of cockroaches crawling all throughout the hallways on the floor and on walls. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced and I can’t help but to feel sorry for all the folks who have their items stored here. I have tried calling the location to speak to the property manager but no one ever picks up the phone. I’ve scheduled a move-out online but of course I’ve already been charged for rent even though I never actually “moved in”. Hopefully someone from management will see this and contact me in order to make this right. All I want is a refund. And no, I won’t go in person; why would I want to step foot in that place again? -Unit 2212

This review is for Cindy the manager at the 650 bay area blvd location. This was my first time renting and I have to say Cindy went above and beyond explaining everything to me. She was polite, friendly and efficient. Another customer was there and she just exuded what customer service should be in our world today.
