Great customer service and price on unit. The only thing I wasn't happy about is they try to sell you storage rental insurance saying Public Storage requires it. You don't have to purchase their insurance. Other than that, I had a great experience.

This location is disgusting. The units are infested with roaches. Hundreds of huge wood roaches. It isn’t sealed at all. I scheduled a move out and someone who is extremely sassy called back and asked why I was moving out. The phone disconnected and I called back and said I was driving and the phone disconnected. This person decided to refuse to honor my scheduled move out. A month and a half later I started getting charges from public storage. All because someone is sassy and thought I hung up on them I called them right back and left a message and said hey our phone disconnected they even called me back and confirmed they would schedule the move out. A month and a half later I realize that they failed to do so. No one is ever at the facility. I’ve called and left multiple messages and no one is there. And their grounds are disgusting aside from the rats and the roaches. Literally hundreds of large wood roaches infesting the units. Having to kick trash out of your way just to get in and out of the unit.
