Moved to the area from Sugarland. I stopped on lunch to get a storage. Shay was my rep that helped me. She was very quick and efficient. I was able to get my unit in 10 minutes. The service definitely deserves 5 star. Thank you Shay. Update: move in day 1/3 and I couldn’t find my unit. Justin showed me where to go and how to access it. He was extremely nice and again the customer service is 5 star. Thanks guys.

Rusty RobertsI miss Prestige (the original business for this location).. it was a better facility back then. Public Storage acquired this location, and vacating now after 2 significant rent increases, looked like quite a few were feeling the same love this past weekend with all the move-outs going on - Rear entry door not working, exit signs on ground floor busted and hanging from the ceiling with exposed electrical wires, elevator on the North side of the building not working.. just not what it used to be.

The location is very clean and her current customers spoke to her like it was a little community. I will definitely use this location for any future storage rental.
