Customer service was very professional add friendly
I was in need of a 5x10 storage facility and the gentleman who helped me was courteous and professional in assessing my needs. I am legally blind ( I suffered acute vision loss from a car accident in 2016 ) and use special devices and accessibility features on my smartphone to read printed text on forms and documents. I was almost moved to tears by how patient your employee was in reading the forms and making sure I understood my rights and responsibilities as a renter. As well as taking me out to the unit to ensure it was a perfect fit, which indeed it was.
