Helpful stuff, clean facility.
Within 12 hours I had my unit booked and belongings moved in. Customer service was friendly and prompt. Location is central and easy to access - would recommend
Such an easy in easy out. Registered online came in and within the hour I was filling up my new unit. Clean and smells good! Couldn't have asked for a more simple process – I wish all storage units would follow Uncle Bob they are awesome !
Overall the experience was great moving in minus my size requirements... Wish between spare foot to my movers would of guided me in the right direction. Went from a 5x10 to removing to a 10x10.. In the end I had to come up with more money for this mistake. Next, on the business cards uncle bobs provides that has unit info & gate code. It states Acess times instead of office times. When one reads access they may see this as gate times. The times that are printed are for office hours. This needs to be updated ASAP as all my stuff is across town in an suv. I'm having to buy new shoes for this mistake. Again costing me more money! Thank you
This facility is convenient, clean and has excellent access hours. It was easy completing all of my information and renting a space. It is easy to access this facility, however, it has narrow drive space and parking to unload. Only issue I have is there is no sloping place from where you unload / load to the elevator - meaning you have to left your cart over a flat curb-like surface to move to the elevator.
