An easy place in Granbury to rent a storage place. I will tell my friends.
Still love this facility. Had trouble with logging in to pay and they stayed in contact thru email to help, even called to make sure everything was working. It's very clean and safe. The employees are super helpful and kind.i will be using them for a long time.
Great place, the unit was nice and clean, I needed one on short notice and they did everything they could to get me in quickly.
They didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a on-site office so they did everything over a phone call which I really liked not have to go somewhere in person and deal with people. They even have a service to where I can text open the gate instead of having to remember a gate code or deal with the hassle of it. They also provided a lock so I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to run and go get one. I gave five stars for the ease of service.
I want to thank the customer service staff for all of the help they gave to me. I had a problem with my entry code and they called the owners right away. They called me right back and with their patience we were able to get entry! The building was spotless as were the grounds around it. Thank you so very much!
