Quick and easy
I have rented before with them and its always quick and easy without any problems ! I needed a small Unit for some personal stuff and it helps a lot to have Xtra space !..The Unit has sadly a little smaller entrance, bc its an end unit, but its enough for my needs !This time I had to clean it out whilst not every user are cleaning out like they should, but I had a broom already with me, just in case and this time it was the case 🙃 😅 Otherwise I am satisfied with their location and cleanings of their Property !!!Thanks and alwaysca pleasure renting from you!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Spare Box Storage. When I went to my unit, I found a dead rat, rat feces, and damage to several of my belongings caused by the infestation. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. My payment was due only 5 days ago, and after discovering the condition of the unit, I cleared everything out and called to cancel. Despite the situation , and the fact that it’s obviously a known issue (there were blocks of rat poison sitting out in the open, easily accessible to children and pets) — they still insisted I pay for the entire month. There was no apology, no compassion, no courtesy, and no basic human decency. I wasn’t asking for compensation for my damaged items. All I expected was a simple apology and for them to waive the bill given the circumstances. Instead, they made it clear they only care about getting their money, not their customers or the condition of their property. I 100% do NOT recommend Spare Box Storage. Keep your belongings and your peace of mind somewhere else.
Sophia JamesIt's affordable. Low overhead. There not a person on the property if you need something but you can call the call center or use the kiosk. We have multiple units. My only complaint is the frequency rent increases sometimes within a 12 month time frame. Although that's everywhere these days, the incremental increases don't always make sense. I also wish they had extended gate hours. Additional Pros: The units are clean. The grounds are kept clean. It's gated.
Carson AustinTerrible facility. Flooded 2 of our 3 units. Standing water in hallway and in units. Ruined 2 beds ( 6500k and 14k) 4 mattresses (5500) and numerous boxes on the bottom. 2 full size CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS.

She helped me through every single detail and it was a lot considering I had already tried to do it by myself the day before, so when I finally paid it showed paid on the account I had set up previously. It was all complicated but she hung in there with me until she figured it all out. This sweet girl needs a raise! Thank you Monica!!! ♥️
