Finding exactly what I needed was easy and the on site staff friendly and helpful. Location is easy access from the freeway. The facility is quite new, so I can't complain about anything. An excellent experience thus far.

They were professional people who received us. Quick going through the paperwork. Walked us to our storage place and before leaving asked if we had any other concers.

I secured a 10' X 15', 2nd floor unit at this Cubesmart online for half the monthly price I had reserved it for at another Cubesmart location- and cheaper than any other storage facility in the nearby surrounding area. The manager called me immediately after making my online reservation and was able to answer my questions quickly and efficiently. She suggested I come in to complete the reservation and verified my proof of personal storage insurance documentation and lock type -which stood out to me because most facilities haven't required that I provide the documents as proof, they just took me at my word. The fact that she did require it further confirmed that she is on point and made me feel that my stuff will be safe at this location. I noticed also the bathrooms are always open and clean.- the entire facility is very clean actually. Impressively clean compared to other companies. The only things I would change about my storage unit are facility related - 1) There's no mobile access option yet so you do have to manually enter your access code on the key pad to open gates/doors. 2) There's only one place to enter and exit the building and my unit is nowhere close to that entry way. It's not very convenient for moving in and out very quickly and makes a long walk down a semi-dark hallway seem so very long. 3) This isn't uncommon but it's still a complaint- there's no lighting inside the unit itself. And no outlets of course to plug a light into. I have been in units that do provide interior unit lighting and wish that I had considered that when I was looking for a new locker because it's hard to organize and look for what you need in the dark and it's also a pain to remember to bring a flashlight everytime you go.

Really like the carts! Clean facility. Do not like the drain in the unit that no one mentioned ahead of time. Thats a corner you cant use, should be a cheaper rate than a unit w/o the drain.
