Life Storage my go to place!
I was so impressed with the cleanliness the facility itself the customer service was second to none so helpful. If you Find yourself needing to go to a storage facility this should be your go to place! I also bought boxes while I was there and the prices were amazing.

I had no problems with anything at this storage facility. Price, space, cleanliness, customer service were all great. Highly recommend. I would have used the truck rental if it would have had a ramp but that was minor. Everything was excellent.

This is without a doubt, the cleanest storage facility I've ever been in! Great staff, very fair prices. The only improvement I would suggest is a lift or ramp on the truck.

Richard was great and so nice. With both me and my boyfriend being visually impaired and totally blind he explained everything and made sure we understood everything. He even showed us units that were very close to the entrance gate. He even helped us decide between the web special and the in store price. I highly recommend this place. It’s very clean as well. On move in day Richard helped us with showing us how the lock works and he explained and showed me how to work the electronic opening of the gate from my phone. Walking towards the gate Richard saw some trash on the ground and immediately picked it up. The place is very clean and I’m very pleased with my choice.
Lucky OnoriodeI had a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage in the DFW area. Richard Hernan and Tide helped me a great deal throughout my time there. They were always courteous, professional, and very understanding. There were a few occasions when I forgot to make my payment at the beginning of the month, and they went out of their way to help waive the fee and work with me. That level of kindness and customer care is rare these days. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers like family, not just as tenants. The facility is well managed, and the customer service alone makes this location stand out. I truly appreciate everything they did for me, and I will absolutely use Extra Space Storage again if I ever need storage space in the DFW area. Highly recommended!

I could not be happier with him or T in how the property is directly managed. Unfortunately, the price increases eventually forced us to move to another storage company - there was never a MAX and there was always an increase. You would think at some point a storage company would wise up and reward loyalty & on-time payments, but it seems this constant increase model is industry standards- so we will be hopping storage locations for affordable pricing every 6-12mo. Bummer!
