Very easy to acquire a storage. Online so that makes it easier. Space looks good. Property looks clean. Some of the units actually have lights and plugs. Vehicle storage parking places in the back. Brian the manager is a very nice person. People on the phone if you had to talk to them are very nice and knowledgeable. All together a nice easy experience. I used to use another orange storage company but they just continue raising prices and continuing changing their policies. So I started looking for something else and I found Storage Depot and I've been happy ever since. I have eight storage units other places and they're all going to go to Storage Depot

***please rent at your own risk in this facility we had rented at this facility for 3 plus years and nothing had ever happened and I know I had already given them a good review but with the experience that we just had with a large 8+ k theft, we suffered in their facility and they were not helpful at all. They're just there to get your money and that's it. I contacted the corporate and left my name. My number to be contacted back and it's been a month and I've never gotten a call back that tells me that they don't care and more and more thefts are occurring especially in the parking area where we had our big loss. Not only that, but a month has gone by and they still haven't covered. The whole where people came in through to steal they began to tow cars that's supposedly they didn't know who they belong to and there is one current particular that has a sticker saying it's in tow. No parking and it's still there. I wonder why. This is not a safe facility to go park your vehicles.

I got a 10x10 unit at storage depot 2 months ago. The price of the unit is lower than other storage facilities in that area. When I called about prices and availability I spoke with Matthew The facility manager. He was very helpful and informative of my storage needs with excellent customer service.making sure I got the correct size of the storage unit. He was able to get me a storage right away because I needed it the next day. He set up my gate number right away and gave me a free lock for my unit. The location of the facility is close to freeway with easy access. service. Thank you Matthew for your help with my storage needs. I will recommend this facility to my family and friends. This storage unit is ok. There’s really rough nails on unit Q door and they sliced my hand wide open. Also I hav head this unit two months now and the trash has still never been taken out. I don’t think management is ever on site and they never answer the phone.
