Aggravated
When I called to sign up, I was told that it would be on the first floor but after getting there it was on the third floor. I had to call for someone to help me with the elevator because after getting on there, it would not move. one of the agents came over to help and it took her two times to get it to work. I have anxiety with elevators and none of the staff seemed concerned or showed any empathy. I am at the moment looking for somewhere else.

If i could give this place a zero i would and this sign is a joke. They have raised rent for a 5x 10 in just a few months from $14 one time then it was supposed to be $30- then they raised it to $40 then to $60 in just a few months then force us to use $15 insurance, and now we are a few days late because it’s so rediculusly high and we are lock out completely I do not recommend
