I have had the pleasure of seeing what real customer service is about ! I have rented from other locations & been overcharged drastically! Lied to & then my storage threatened to be auctioned. And I was only 2 weeks late on storage. They kept adding fees to keep you from getting caught up ! Camp Bowie location was so wonderful to me & I could see with one transaction this mgr cares about helping her customers! Thank you again !
