I have rented storage units from several different facilities in Tyler over the last 20 years, and Right Move certainly offers the most bang for the buck. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the site manager "Liz" is super helpful and knowledgeable. Her sparkling personality is sure to brighten any day. Rent here and get a rental increase in 3 months and again in another 3 months. I worked for this company. I sat that there day in and out and no one came in or called but yet I got fired over a zoom call while I was on medical leave from my doctor after surgery! And I got told it was because a decrease in occupancy. Ask for Michelle or Grace they will help you get a great rate! And then increase it in 3 months!!!!

Edit: regional manager reached out to me about an hour later explaining a lock was supposed to be left inside the unit for me. Will be providing my own lock until the local manager is back. Nowhere online nor in my confirmation emails was I informed that the location would be closed today. I loaded up 2 vehicles and went all the way to the facility to discover this via a piece of paper on the office door. We're in Texas. It's 100 degrees outside. And I moved a ton of my stuff just to be unable to access my locker. Absolutely no communication from this business. I called the emergency line and was connected to a call center that hung up on me and is now not answering the phone. Terrible experience.

Absolutely wonderful place to rent a unit from. The owner is friendly and caring and the units are very clean. The units are well protected by a fence and gate and he has security cameras in place. Pricing is competitive with other storage unit places. I have rented from other places in the area, and I have to say this owner goes above and beyond. He actually cares about his customers and looks at you as more than just a monthly payment. If you are looking to get a storage unit in the Tyler/Flint/Noonday area, GO HERE. I am not an avid reviewer, but when I experience remarkable customer service, I feel like paying it forward to send business their way. I’d like to share my personal experience with the owner. My fiancé and I had to rent the unit for a month or two while we were in the process of closing on our house. We had been packing and moving all day and were absolutely exhausted. We were down to his 600 pound safe and his large toolbox, and rolling those things down a U-Haul with just he and I was not looking too promising. The owner actually walked over to introduce himself and welcome us when he realized we were about to give it our best shot. Instead of walking away, he stepped up and helped us get it off - and boy was I glad he was there. Even with the strength of two grown men and tired old me, it was not easy in the slightest. On top of that, he called to check on us the next month and remind us of our payment due. He is the type of person you’re happy to rent from.
