She knows everyone, takes an interest and works her butt off to make this place run smoothly! Don’t cross her because she means business and will ensure everyone is following the rules, which is important in such a large facility. Rates are fair and competitive. Storage is clean. Carts are available to help you move in or out. And the gate works!!! I’m so relieved to be in a place I know will keep my valuable safe. And I’m grateful to Kristine for her dedication and kindness.

When I called to cancel, I was told no refund would be given, which was disappointing on its own. However, the attitude of the woman I spoke with made the situation much worse. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer service matters, especially when dealing with cancellations and payments. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression.
