Melissa MartinezCubeSmart recently changed over to Public Storage and there is more than one person in the office, which is a relief. There were many times during business hours that there was no staff or just stand-in staff when under CubeSmart that I would attempt to go to the office for questions. I don't remember the names of the other 2 employees that helped me at Public Storage, but Rainey was helpful in letting me know what to use to log into the app and helped me sign a new lease agreement due to the change.

This has been a very good experience. I would recommend Cube Smart Storage because of Julia and Anita. Five stars all the way!
