I can't commend enough that she's the epitome of what customer care is and such a lovely personality. Extra space is my storage of choice after returning five years and I can safely say it's second to none!!!
LESLIE GONZALESI pay for 24-hour access to my unit, yet at 2:24 a.m. after finishing a long night of moving out of my house I couldn’t even get through the gate with my truck and trailer full of belongings. I called the customer service line, but they weren’t able to help and told me that managers typically don’t respond to these types of calls. If a facility advertises 24-hour access, it should truly be accessible at all times. Very disappointing experience. I would think twice about renting a unit here.
