When I realized I had purchased the wrong style of unit, he quickly and efficiently helped me transfer my account and get everything sorted out. He was extremely polite, patient, and solution-oriented the entire time. Truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help . Great experience overall.
Cheryl JensenThe initial call took over half an hour and should have taken at least half of that. I requested a 10x20 storage unit climate controlled and offered one that is not climate controlled; however that was only AFTER my payment had been taken and I asked to confirm it was climate controlled. NOT happy with this experience and I sure as hell wouldn't recommend you to anyone else. I live at Robson Ranch just down the street and know a lot of people. Believe me, they will hear about it if they ever ask.
