The staff at Public Storage are very professional and make sure you have all the information you need. They made the entire process easy. The facility was clean and well kept. I was pleased with ease of access and how nice the unit I rented was. I am satisfied that my belongings will be safe and secure.
Everything is great here, the facility is clean and works just fine to store what we need. The only downside I see is that the numbering system is confusing and doesn't make much sense

My suggestion, go elsewhere. Every 3 months they will increase your rent. I started with a large unit and 3 months later they DOUBLED the rent. So we moved stuff home and downsized. Which pro-rated my rent to the lower amount. Then 3 months later they doubled the the smaller unit rent. So I had to pay what I originally paid for the unit twice it's size. After the holidays we decided not to spend the extra money and moved our stuff to the garage at home. Now they tell me that they rent month to month. If you move out on the 1st, you have to pay for the entire month. They don't pro-rate your move out. Which at no point was told to me on move in. And since they pro-rate the rent when you downsize or upsize, seems like they would be able to. But no, its about how much they can squeeze out of you. We also found a few boxes that had been ruined with mouse urine and found roaches while moving. Save your money and time, there are better storage option in Krum or Uhaul. At least they are trying to rip you off.

I cleaned out my unit and swept it out and removed the lock, the manager was walking around the lot and said he would be sure to cancel me when he got back to the office. Here it is a month later and I’ve been charged again. It was not cancelled. I’m not local to that public storage anymore so I had to call. When I called, the phone number just kept revolving me through automated machines and not allowing me to talk to someone. I talked to AI Chat, and it just circled me around also. After 40 minutes, I was able to get a hold of a person and they transferred me around. I was finally able to talk to a human and she saw that our last access was a month ago and she was able to say we didn’t owe the money and cancel us. I tried dealing with this three times this last week, but it took so much time that I wasn’t able to do it. Today, on Saturday, I had the time to really sit and mess with this and get it solved.
I can’t say enough great things about Kent! From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make my storage experience smooth and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly—he took the time to explain all my options and made sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for great service and someone who actually takes the time to help, ask for Kent. He’s the reason I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know!
