0 STARS!!! FLOODS, SNAKES and SPIDERS, oh myyyy! Broken doors/gates, for months! People drive into sprinklers, flooding the place. Or all the rain, floods every floor. You gotta sign paperwork, to see if your belongings, has any damages. Never clean, a dead snake was in the front of the building, for almost a week. Best part, they thought they were going to raise the rent on me. They do that all the time. Big companies. Worst experience. Do not go to PUBLIC STORAGE, AGAIN! If you are stuck, w/ Public Storage. There is another 1, around the corner, from this 1. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Or enjoy all the BIG, LIVING SPIDERS, in the BATHROOMS. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

I had an exceptional experience with Scott at Public Storage in Denton! From the moment I arrived, he made the entire process smooth and stress free. What really stood out was the unique car drive through feature that allows you to access the main building directly from your vehicle very convienient, especially on hot busy days. Very nice, clean, secure facility. Trust my stuff being here and great location. The gentleman in the office is very friendly. Computer have a few glitches after pricing and he quickly resolved it. Have used many facilities nationwide wide and this is by far the best.

This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever been to. I have not seen any bugs or signs of mice at this facility. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. I dont know the man's name who was there today but he is the best. I have worked with him a few times now and he is great.

Not the best time renting here. The day I moved out the line was backed up with people doing the same. I was paying close to $100 for the smallest unit they offer and no that was not my starting rate, to access the facility 24/7 was an additional $20 on top of all the fees, the access codes were difficult to use, entrance gate stayed broken, only 4 spots to park once inside, and to top it off my personal lock was prematurely cut off for a late payment that was paid within the month it was due and I was told I had to pay an additional $24 for the replacement they provided or give it back. I’ve only stored with public storage my entire life but this experience had led me to seek other storages. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
