Nice, clean facility with ample storage space and easy, secure access. Charlotte was very helpful and assisted me with my move out instructions to simplify the process. My only complaint was that a few months in to leasing the unit, the price nearly doubled and when I look online at the same unit, it is discounted about $33 less from what I currently pay for the exact same unit. I feel like this was a business move to get more money from paying customers which I found disappointing. I have also not seen any furniture or moving dollies available since renting a space a few months ago.

I just wanted to drop a line because even though I haven't officially rented a storage unit here yet, I'm already blown away by the customer service! Seriously, it's 100% amazing, and that's actually why I'm writing. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Katie, and she was just wonderful. So incredibly easy to talk to, super helpful with all my questions, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel so relaxed and informative, which I really appreciated. Honestly, because of her fantastic service, there's absolutely no doubt in my mind that this is the place I want to store my belongings. She made such a great impression! So, I'm planning to pop back in tomorrow to get everything sorted and officially book my new unit. Wonderful facility, easy to get around in there with a 29ft uhual and Chris up there is extremely helpful! He made sure we were good and if we needed any help. He was non stop working with everyone up there also. Which is pleasant compared to some other "big name facilities" that hire people who could careless about you or your business.

The property is nice and seems to be secure. Downside, only one gate works, there is no person on site, there is never a cart to help take stuff to the building where they should be…and I was told by another tenant that was moving out that they increase price for no reason and that they say it’s to make it better but the gate has been broken over six months yet they continuously go up on the storage fee. After 3 months it went up $97 and nothing has been fixed and nothing extra has been added. I’m very disappointed in how this company represented themselves and then I can’t talk to a real person because there are none. If it wasn’t such a hassle I would move immediately but i have a feeling this price increase will be frequent so I’ll be moving soon. Do your research and read reviews. I wish I would have been a little more diligent. FRUSTRATED
