The young lady was extremely helpful.
I am a student at UNT left in the 1 month purgatory that is the apartment market in August. I had secured a smaller unit in Denton(one of the only ones I could find) but quickly ran out of space & options. After a quick google search, I found this place and reserved a unit. I was in first thing in the morning & had everything moved over in no time. You will need to purchase a insurance and a lock at the counter (Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never seen these types of locks before) before you move in, but if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re looking for a clean, safe place to stash your stuff, look no further!
The product well exceeded the expectation. The facility is very well kept and clean, the music they have playing throughout the facility really makes your move-in feel welcome. The staff is very friendly and are thorough with their guided tour and follow-ups. The promotion was very enticing and eye-catching. I feel confident keeping my precious items at this facility.
Roommates and I rented a unit to hold our stuff while we move and clean. Rental process was incredibly quick and simple, the price was the lowest Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve found around Denton for a 10x10 unit, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the space itself is secure, easily accessible for us, and incredibly clean! Highly reccomend!
Clean facility with a friendly staff. You need a cylinder lock...They sell them at the facility, but you can buy one for half the price or less on eBay, Amazon or Home Depot.
