Great customer service and such a friendly face as soon as I walked into the store by store manager Sandra. She had a bright smiling face and such a positive attitude! She showed me a couple of storage units and went up and beyond on exceeding my expectations. I recommend storing here with this such a vibrant atmosphere!

Her dedication and commitment made me feel very welcomed and understood. She did a great job by meeting my needs and doing business with her was stress free!
Christopher AllenHorrible experience. I was told by Cubesmart that if I was on the property after 10pm I was then trespassing and they could therefore not guarantee I would be let out. I have an active lease, I pay on time, I just ran out of time and asked for 10 minutes past the 10pm cut-off; I was told to refer to their hours of operation. I would recommend storing elsewhere. I’m moving out tomorrow to any company that cares about customers and understands the unpredictability of moving. Not to mention, I’ve damaged my things due to having to throw everything back in the storage; made it to the exit gate at 9:58. Horrible experience!

She helped us maneuver through everything and set us up with the perfect spot. I would recommend this place straight up!!! We also got a great deal and the first month free!!!!
