Ask for Mr.Channing!!!!! I had a great experience at the South Hampton location of Public Storage thanks Channing! From the moment of our conversation, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free while also completing some of the track for me on his end!! Mr.Channing went above and beyond to make sure I found the right unit for my needs and made me feel confident in my decision. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. If you’re looking for great service at the Hampton (Dallas location 9130 location, I highly recommend asking for Channing—he’s simply amazing!
Public storage was the best . Great customer service and very affordable rates for climate control units. They also have easy access in and out of the building and doing major upgrade as we speak. Mr Channing always looking for Ways to save you Money.
I previously had a review, but I took it down upon having a conversation with one of the employees (Channing) that left me feeling satisfied and that a solution would be brought forward. Channing is a wonderful human being, and me posting this is moreso due to own lingering anger (not at ALL towards him, but the situation itself) and deepening depression. In early to mid October of last year, my mother had fallen behind in paying. She had tried to communicate that with any sort of employee and attempted to make partial good faith payments that did not go through. She even desperately pulled out a LOAN (that she is still paying for), only to find out that our stuff had been auctioned for a measly twenty bucks. Twenty bucks. We had personal items there, some of which were new because we wanted to use them at a new place (That we struggled VERY hard to get), not to mention the plethora of personal important documents. A lot of items were sentimental too. We weren't allowed to get information of the person who bought the auction, which I understand, policy, right? At the very least, more effort could've been put forth so that we could've at least attempted a negotiation. I've been horribly depressed since, even attempted a few times, and I keep thinking about how whoever got our items, how they would've used them, if they sold them, trashed them, and it fills me with so much rage. I just want a satisfying resolution, but no one cares enough. It's only money, money, money and no heart.
I want to take a moment to recognize Channing at Public Storage. I’m not sure if he is the property manager, but if he isn’t, he absolutely should be—and if he is, I’m glad he is. Channing’s customer service is truly exceptional. Even during a very difficult time in my life, he made the experience feel manageable and human. I would rent a storage unit from him any day without hesitation. He listens, he cares, and he consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty for his customers. While I was there, other customers called him by name, and that speaks volumes. It’s because he makes you feel like family, not just another transaction. If he doesn’t know the answer to something, he doesn’t brush it off—he finds out. He even checked on me, which meant more than he probably realizes. There were no flatbeds available, and instead of letting that be a problem, he allowed me to use his personal equipment. I’m incredibly grateful for that, because that dresser was not going to move on its own. Thank you, Channing, for everything you do for people like me—people who are just trying to make it, no matter what their story is. Your kindness, professionalism, and heart do not go unnoticed. Also the property is nice, I’ve never had any issues with the previous storage.
The employee Patience at this location was extremely helpful as I was trying to sort out a family member’s storage payment. She was very thorough in explaining everything to assure that I understood what was going on. Please send her my gratitude! I really appreciate the great customer service!!! ❤️❤️
