I had a great experience at this Public Storage location thanks to the amazing staff member Elvira who assisted us. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. The process was quick and stress-free, and I truly appreciated her patience and positive attitude. Excellent customer service like this makes a big difference highly recommend this location!

I’m not sure how this place gets such a high rating. I have traveled for years and used a lot of storage units around town. Between my husband and I we have both had units here before we moved in together. It started out good then it wasn’t. Bathrooms are not even usable most of the time - either out of order or look like 50 homeless people have raided them. I couldn’t even let my child use them it was so bad. Gates broken a lot. Storage rent is the worst. It goes up all the time and NOBODY notifies you. Whatever they determine to raise it to that month just gets taken out of your account. Our past rent went up almost $80 in a month so we are now moving to a different facility. The constant raises in rent are ridiculous. Your unit can double in rent without you even knowing until the money is gone from your account. It’s very scary they can just remove whatever if you are on autopay.

Got a great deal on a storage unit during Labor Day weekend, but when I showed up, my unit was still locked and I couldn’t move in. I reached out to corporate and they made it right by waiving a month for me. Huge shoutout to Channing — his customer service was top-tier! Super polite, patient, and focused on finding a solution. Honestly, if it wasn’t for him, I probably would’ve handled the situation a lot differently. Appreciate you, Channing!
