Great experience checking into this place. Very friendly and nice
I went in very fast and easy. Location in a great area , the woman that helped me was very nice and had great customer service she explained everything very clearly and made sure that everything was to my liking. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a first time storage user and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very satisfied with my storage space.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was raining and I was able to secure my items in a safe and dry space while signing paperwork. The process was explained thoroughly. Very pleased with my experience.
This storage unit facility is wonderful. It offered a great price for nice large storage units (10x30 and 10x35). The manager, SARA was incredibly professional and courteous. She even offered to roll up a chair so my elderly father could sit in it while the paperwork was being filled out. Sara explained every portion of the contract pointing out possible fees that could occur like if you didn't pay your bill in 'x amount of time'. She gave us a tour of the facility and showed us how to open and close the units and how to place the locks on them. Moving is stressful in itself. Choose this place to help reduce that stress by making things easier and more affordable.
I spoke to Sarah the general manager and she was so very helpful. I went and checked out the storage room and it was brand spanking new! Very large and a great price. I feel like this is going to be a great place until we can get a permanent place.
