Out of all the units that they have, why has our storage broken into twice? All the years of my life, this is never happened to us.

AutumnRaising Rent Again! This company is horrible and obviously some of the good reviews are fake. In Oct of 2022 the new company Grayline storage raised the rent from $65 a month to $100 a month. They have terrible service. You can't get a hold of on-site management and have to call a stupid call center even when they claim someone is supposed to be there. They constantly change access codes, the number pad for the entry pad is damaged and rigged up. Now, in March they are raising rent again claiming inflation. I understand inflation, but nearly doubling the rent in 6 months isn't inflation. It's greed plain and simple. There are multiple empty units in the complex. Maybe if they stop raising rent they could keep tenets.
