Samuel LombranoDon’t recommend the office staff was very unprofessional!!!! No one even located on site you have to drive all the way to Rio Vista and that’s if the office is even open got a call from the manager because we moved out of our unit over the weekend mind you the unit was not cleaned when we moved in and the young later stated to me that we would have a cleaning fee then because I asked her not to be rude stated to me that she was offended and rudley hung up called back asked to speak to the manager she stated she was the one on the phone and wouldn’t put her back on the phone if she’s the manager and can’t handle a simple phone call then she is the wrong position the other young lady was no HELP defending the lady I offered to go and clean it even though it was a mess and I had to sweep it and worst of all our whole unit moving out was full of nasty crickets spiders and bugs!!!! STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! And I asked for the owner to call it's been two weeks and I yet to hear from the owner! I'm beyond disappointed with tgis place!!
