I got a really good deal on my unit and the manager Pam, was super friendly and helpful!!
The guy who rented the unit to me was helpful and friendly. However I was running a bit behind this evening so I was 5 minutes late on leaving meaning they close at 9pm and it was 9:05 and the propertymanger or on sight employe phoned me and informed me she was giving a warning this time but in the future there is a $15 fee if I'm late leaving the property. The man who rented it to me said nothing about such a fee. I can understand if one is excessively late leaving but 5 minutes. Otherwise the place is small and they have a smell in the hallway. The unit it self was clean .
I decided against staying here, so I cancelled.
I called to pay my monthly bill and found "they are not in our system". The local phone number is disconnected and no one at the home office knows anything. I've paid my bills every month for 20 years. I got no call, email or phone call that anything had changed.
