Never rent from them again.. very bad needed somewhere to put my stuffed until I get on my feet.. got robbed.. my intuition tell me who did .. took my mom house hold self my personal stuff ,a radio that's wasn't our worth $400 and my radio $300, took my mom pots, her driving license my spiritual stuff etc .. you can run but u can't hide . You won't be able to sleep spirits will hunt u ... Until you reach out to confused what u did .. Mark my words your life will change steal from a prist ..You though u was smart to steal an stage this out an cut the lock off it an steal my stuff ... 😂 I owned her 13$ dallor for protection she said my mom can pay next month when we was short on money .. stole my identity if u used it baby I will have no Mercy for you.. I'm pressing charging .. had a special for 1$ turn out to be a trick was short on money had to pay 1$, 15 plus 13 didn't have the 13$ ... How u can steal from someone homeless smh .Lie an told my mom it had camera their was no camera that why she sent us their .... Got that daughter license plate in that grey van with all our stuff in it.. real smooth .. return my stuff to me in person call the phone Monday to meet up ...

After keeping things here for 6 months and having countless things ruined by mice we have had to leave this facility to a cleaner, climate controlled space. If you just need outdoor storage its cheap and ok. But if you have anything that mice can borrow in or ruin i would pass.

We like the Managers. Kia Washington was our representative first. She's such a kind educated woman. She made it easy. The new manager in the Beaumont office is great. When the automatic gate wasn't working he gave us the combination to the lock on the fence so we could get in and out at night that was so sweet and convenient for us as we work many long hours and never know when we're going to need to get in and out of our storage. We don't exactly agree on the price I think it's too high for a storage that doesn't have electricity. That's our only complaint thank you for storage Plus. Jesse Smith and Sally Williams

A place to go back to... Good people down at the storage plus of They are counted on to go a step more for many customers. I especially enjoy how they seek higher approval. I am giving storage plus of Beaumont a five-star rating. They deserve it.
