The reason I gave customer service 3 stars cause I havent went into office or met anyone that works there. But I like it a/c, clean, they give you a lock, clean floors nice spacing for the one I needed at a good price too.
It was the easiest I have ever experienced .Doing it all online was the best only took 20 mins maybe quicker.Thanks Go Store It
Easy access off and good location. It would be a good idea to have all your paperwork before you go in if storing a vehicle, trailer or RV. Only one seguestion, it would be nice if the check in area had a podium to lay your paperwork on to upload photo of it.
It was easy to access and dollies were available to use for unloading. I like the climatized unit which was a good value
