Too ViraThe facility is nice with insulation. The access is easy, but terrible business practice. I have two units and my rent increased twice and on one unit, the third time in 10 months. I'm not talking about $5, $10 or $20. I first unit was $50 when moved-in, now $110. It's been $110 for 4 months now. The second unit was $70, now, $170 by the eleventh month. Do NOT expect to stay long to support this business model of get you moved in, locked in, and stuck. I'll be taking my stuff elsewhere soon and won't be Public Storage. Edited to add, my credit card is on file, i.e. Never late. Second update: They contacted me and adjusted the rent. We had a discussion, but the rent is reduced for now. For this, change from 1 to 3 stars. I just wish we both come up with the rent that is sustainable and not need adjustments for both of us in the first place. For renters, this is an uncertainty.
