VERY HELPFUL CONCERNING BREAK-IN. CJ is the best! When my storage unit was broken into (along with four others at this location), CJ was so helpful. She took photos of my ransacked belongings since I was out of state and assisted me with my insurance claim. She was also very helpful in explaining how the thieves were able to break in and escape surveillance. Also, Kareem was extremely nice too, explaining how their Climate Control procedures didn't cover the water damage to my antique table when rain entered my storage unit on the 2nd floor. He helped me understand that Climate Control only applies to the humidity level in the facility, not water damage from rain entering my unit. CJ and Kareem are sweethearts; too bad they couldn't persuade the owner to offer me at least one month's free rent for all the damages incurred by theft and weather, considering I've stored my belongings there since 2009. Maryanne RivasDO NOT RENT HERE!!! NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE, NO ONE EVER RETURNS CALLS, THE BATHROOM ARE ALWAYS LOCKED! I’m a paying customer, open the bathrooms no one has time to run to McDonald’s while moving. This is common sense !!
angela medinaThe WORST STORAGE EVER !!! I've been trying to get all my belongings in my unit since last November but every time I go either there is no push cart or the elevator is broken!!! And they dare to up-charge more when nothing in this place works right. Today is the 3rd time this week that I went there trying to get my stuff and of course, no push cart and none of the elevators are working!!!!! I tried calling them (the manager) NO ANSWER, again!!! so I went to the office but it was closed no one was there!!! Even though there should be because it’s in the middle of the day on Friday!!! Even the other people who went there today are all pissed!! Such a waste of time and money!!!!😤😤😤 I just had a baby, so every time I come to this place I need to pay for a babysitter!!! Y'all are costing me so much!! Money, time and energy!!! If I can give you 0 star I would!😤
Matthew WoodsI made a huge mistake by choosing to store my belongings here. My unit was broken into within the first few months and they was in no rush to repair the damage to the unit. Trying to get someone on the phone to report anything is a challenge all of its own. I’m out of town and can’t be there popping up every day to making sure my stuff is safe. I tried to contact someone to request if I could move my belongings to another units but never received a call back.
Tony CuretThis is the worst storage unit. Elevator is always broken! Price is always going up! Terrible service! No one gives a crap! Trash place! They have RATS! They will cut your lock even if your on auto pay! Upper management is nonexistent! What do you pay for? UPDATE 3 months later! Elevators still not fixed! Why charged me! This is ridiculous! Moving out by EOM! This place is trash! DONT RENT A UNIT HERE!
