I like using the app to open gate
The online check in system was incredibly easy and the customer service was great!
I was surprised at the ease of moving in. I was worried because I needed to move in same-day and I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to get there for office hours. However, I was sent a link to pay and move in contactless and I was very appreciative of the customer service on that.

This was the best experience I have had in Austin with renting a storage unit. I was able to do almost everything online. When I got to a point that I was stuck on I called customer service and the agent walked me through to the finish line. She stayed on the phone with me until she was sure that I was able to get into the gate and open my unit. I wish every facility had this type of service. The unit was CLEAN!!!! I was able to move right in and felt comfortable and confident that I made the correct choice in using this facility. Best kept secret in South Austin.
