Highly Recommend
The facility was clean as I entered. I realized I needed a bigger unit and Kanika was helpful with finding me a bigger unit. She was knowledgeable and prompt with the process. The storage area was clean and well lit. I felt safe while in the storage area and I feel that my items will be secure there; as there are cameras all over the facility.

My call back after starting my application online from Crystal was my first amazing experience! Then check-in was so easy. My lock was waiting for me. The app is user friendly and allows me into doorways and elevators without any extra effort. The facility is clean and lit well.
Michele BickleOverall great storage and easy to access unit. The grounds are picked up and it was easy to set up my rental over the phone and have a lock waiting for me when I got to the city. There are dollies to move larger items. Please note the rent does change every 3 months as my contract is month to month. Unfortunately, the rep said that my DISCOUNTED rate would remain till I moved out but when I read the contract Public Storage can change the rate whenever to whatever. I get my statements e-mailed to me and saw a $60 jump in my monthly rent & was able to contact customer support and have a delay in the rental rise so I can plan since I am needing this unit for 3 years. The rental increase to not stored in the online login so I had to contact customer support. I was able to cancel the extra $15/mo insurance since I had $5/mo with State Farm for my unit so I can save $360 while I use my unit.
