Gary DillonIt was a bit confusing without first hand doing business with someone but you guys !!! Y to u definitely have a star customer service representative in your corner .It did not matter which company I chose to call for information on attaining a storage unit John was an absolute joy to have him guide me right through the process with a happy and of course professional attitude ! We had a few jokes and it seemed more like we were old friends catching up on what's new and I'm a hands on person but John gave me any attention I needed to get the ball rolling he stayed with me on the phone right up until I unloaded my first load ! Still haven't found my phone but that was my own forgetfulness !!!Thank you John I have now named you my storage go to guy lol really you were a wonderful help and a lot of fun to visit throughout my journey !Johns the star today Your the best thanks again He needs a promotion guys ,raise ,lunch some kind of treat for his great effort in doing his job
Mitchell TurrentineAppears to be the most reasonably priced storage in the area. Units are clean and well kept. My only complaint is their app that you use to pay is not too intuitive and is sometimes misleading on amount owed.
