Cal is the Man!
After having difficulty parking my trailer, Cal transferred me to a 10 x 20 spot that I could easily back into. He is professional and has a kind spirit. I really appreciate how he handled the situation.
Had to park in another spot
I was issued a spot for my tv trailer, but the boat in front of me had taken four feet with its motor. We picked up the trailer that night and had to park it in another space. If we canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have that space, we will move to another location. Dr. Klammer

L. SmithI have been renting a unit here for about a year, and unfortunately my experience has changed quite a bit since I first signed up. During this time, the price of my unit has increased four separate times, which has been frustrating as a long-term customer. I understand that occasional increases happen, but the frequency has been very disappointing. Another concern is that if payment is not made exactly on the 1st, access to the gate is automatically restricted ,which prevents entry to the unit. When trying to call for assistance, it has been difficult to reach anyone, as well as trying to contact them on site. I have gone there several times and no one is at the office so you still cannot access the gate to even speak to them. When I first rented the unit, the pricing and service felt much more consistent. I’m hoping management will consider improving communication and access policies for current tenants. At this point, however, I am seriously considering moving to another storage facility that keeps their consistent pricing or only changes once a year.
Luis MesaCal is amazing ! He is always greeting me with a smile and takes the time to understand what I need. It’s always a pleasure renting a space for parking. I know my cars are safe and Cal always keep the place clean and organized. I recommend this storage , they take pride on customer service!
