Hannah MinnsI was able to reserve my unit 8 days in advance which I appreciated. Sydnee made the check-in process very smooth and easy. I left my unit feeling secure. The 5x5 was the perfect size for my 6 bins, two suitcases, and a few extras. I also love the 25% discount for the first 6 months!
Renee HartThe move in wasn't too bad. Not happy about getting a text that if I don't give you a copy of my license you won't allow me access to my unit. Seems like you should have asked for that when I rented the unit. I paid for the unit and it didn't hit me well that you're threatening to not let me into my unit. I sent a pic of my license, btw but bad business practice to threaten a paying customer.
