I was astounded!
I am an honest and real customer as of last week. "Tina" who is amazing coordinated me getting into my unit quickly and efficiently. THIS PLACE IS SUPER CLEN AND SUPER NICE! I seriously love how wide open the hallways are and the Unit Heights and Widths are beyond what I thought I could get at the price I was granted. "Chris" was detail-oriented and extremely knowledgeable while he assisted me with insurance questions and while getting any additional odds and ends handled efficiently on the phone and additionally via text message. This whole process was awesome. (I Left a more detailed review via google). I am a real paying customer and I felt that this place was so good that I had to leave a review and comment. Do NOT rent a Unit from anywhere else in Cordova, because you will not find a better, cleaner, or safer storage place in the 'Dova! The professionalism and price were unparallel to anywhere else I looked. STRONGPOINT SELF STORAGE = Great Place, Supported by a Professional Face, where you can store all of your gear for all of the Year, with Price that will make you Happy, and a price that will make your hands go "Clappy!"... I recently rented a storage unit at StrongPoint, and it has been an excellent experience. Tina and Debbie were both patient, professional, and extremely helpful. They gave me a thorough tour and explained everything clearly. After visiting several other storage companies, I ultimately chose StrongPoint because of their reasonable, affordable pricing and strong video security system. The building is well-maintained, though there is a slight chemical/parasite odor when entering, but it hasn’t affected my storage. Overall, I highly recommend StrongPoint.

I sent Tina an email giving her my 30 day notice as required and everything went smoothly. I must admit anytime I had what I thought to be an issue, Tina was always there to assist. She always and I mean always helpful and polite. And that type of customer service is hard to find these days. Thanks Tina for going the extra mile for this business. I will also add that I found this self storage facility to be top tier. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. So I give Tina and StrongPoing 5 Stars
