Gated storage facility with locks available for purchase! My unit was very clean and conveniently located near the door. After experiencing an emergency situation the manager Gerald made my storage experience simple and assuring. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the units and size needed. I was able to add my lock to my bill due to limited funds the day of move in. I downloaded the app and paid directly on there. Gate hours were 6am-10pm and I never had any safety issues with myself or my belongings!

Gerald at the Covington Pike and Stage Location was wonderful! He made everything easy and was very thorough about all the information I needed to know about my storage. He also gave me insight on how movers sometimes charge extra for walking items really far within a storage facility and he accommodated us with a storage closer to the door. He knew all of the right questions to ask because he is very knowledgeable. He was amazing!

Pros no rats or roaches reasonably cheap. Cons Unregistered non working vehicles left on property..unlicensed mechanics allowed to work on premises fixing cars leaving massive oil spots on unloading area grounds. Mangers claiming property is under surveillance but managed to allow these infractions.

This is probably one of the best self storage locations to be found. I came in during the pandemic and add a large 1BR quantity of furniture and other items in storage here for last 2yrs. It’s always clean, with no sign of rodents or other undesirables. The customer service has always been friendly and professional. Gerald has been there and has never failed me with price, recommendations, or the facility. Recently I met Yvonne as I closed out my storage; she brought a very similar level of professionalism and kindness as i had been experiencing there with Gerald. Definitely recommend this if you’re in need of storage in the Memphis area.

Please read your contract before choosing CubeSmart they don’t cover for surface water damages I wish I could give no stars! This location has water leaks everywhere and damaged all my property! I paid $260 a month for 9 months to leave with nothing. My stove and dryer is damaged, my mattress, bedroom furniture and all of my clothes. On top of that I had the insurance. They said they couldn’t issue a payout for surface water only if it comes from the top! How would they know where the water came from. I have water stains running down the side of my mattress. This is so disheartening they should be shut down! My items looks as if they were just sitting in water! They are not BBB accredited! This company is the worst storage company ever! They will damage your personal items and even if you have insurance they will not pay out for the damages! They do not pay out if their building floods which happens often!
