Absolutely the nicest manager I have worked with. Each and every time we have met to talk about the storage unit he was this way. The unit is climate controlled. A discount was given to rent the unit, which was excellent. There is easy access to the unit. It's a brand new facility, so it was very clean. So far it's been a great experience, aside from the hard work of me having to move.😉
The person who was ready to leave for the day was understanding and got approval from his supervisor to stay late to let my son and I move his possessions into storage while some renovations were being done at our house. He was professional and helpful, understanding that I had reserved a truck at the Hendersonville location, but when I got there they sent me to a Uhaul location 45 minutes away to pick up a truck fr the move.
